I am considering or need to rehome my Puppy.

Within 10 days of Transfer, a Vet prescribed medication to my Puppy based on parasites found in a Fecal Float Exam. (May qualify for reimbursement up to $20)

Within 10 days of Transfer, a Vet certified my Puppy "Unfit for Sale" due to illness, a congenital defect deleterious to the health of the animal, or the presence of symptoms of a contagious or infections disease other than parvovirus.

Within 14 days of Transfer, a Vet certified my Puppy "Unfit for Sale" due to the presence of a parvovirus.

Before my Puppy's 1st Birthday, a Vet certified my Puppy "Unfit for Sale" due to non-preventable, congenital defect deleterious to the health of the animal.
