Each litter will reserved exclusively for our Waitlist until puppy evaluations are complete. Any puppies not selected by our Waitlist will become available to the public around 7 weeks of age. Waitlist families choose their puppies in deposit order after our 6–7 week temperament evaluations, veterinary wellness exams, and OFA CAER eye certifications have been completed. This allows families to choose based on each puppy's temperament, structure, and overall suitability—not just early photos.

- A $500 refundable deposit reserves the next available pick position at the end of our Waitlist. Your deposit remains fully refundable until you choose your puppy. If your application is not approved, your deposit will be refunded immediately.
- Since Waitlist positions are assigned in the order deposits are received, joining sooner gives you the best opportunity to move up the Waitlist and enjoy more puppy choices in future litters.
- Once you choose your puppy, your deposit is applied toward the purchase price and becomes non-refundable (except as provided in your Puppy Purchase Agreement)

- If you're hoping to reserve a puppy that's currently available, we'll confirm availability as quickly as possible.
- Once confirmed, your deposit is immediately applied toward that puppy's purchase price and becomes non-refundable, unless the puppy is unable to be transferred due to a health concern covered under your Puppy Purchase Agreement.
- Puppies are picked up at Silverside Aussies in South Hill, Virginia, within 7 days of reservation or once they're travel-ready (typically around 8 weeks of age).
- The remaining balance may be paid by cash or credit card only before or during puppy pickup. Ownership will not transfer until payment has been made in full. No alternate payment methods are accepted.
